Today more than ever, sustainability has become a critical issue for companies, especially in relation to their real estate holdings. The 35,000 sqm Airport Plaza Campus has been designed to address these concerns by having reduced environmental impacts at all stages of construction while creating a comfortable and healthy internal environment.

Airport Plaza Campus offers an innovative vegetal and easy-to-care façade and numerous additional environmental features. It is composed of five independant buildings linked to each other via a central hub, with access to four service areas dedicated to the tenants. Each service area gives access to an inner garden accessible to all users of the Airport Plaza Campus. The eco-business complex is compliant with the latest environmental requirements of 2011 EPB regulations and has obtained a BREEAM "GOOD" label.

The five buildings were named after cities where Earth Summits took place.

• Stockholm (1972): Assessment of information on the relationship between exposure to environmental pollutants and human health.
• Rio (1992): Action to achieve sustainable development worldwide (international agreements).
• Geneva (1996): A better understanding of development and environment concerns in the context of international trade.
• Kyoto (1997): Greenhouse gas emissions reduction target under the Kyoto Protocol.
• Montreal (2009): Central theme: "Earth as our common home".

A new eco-business park

Airport Plaza Campus offers office space exceeding the highest international standards. In addition, a 5-Star Service program is available to the tenants, with services such as a personal concierge, a shopping area, restaurants and shared meetings rooms.
